Compliance Executive

Support the Risk & Compliance Manager in ensuring the business meets its regulatory obligations while maintaining a strong culture of risk awareness and compliance. Key responsibilities: ⭐ Support delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including testing and reporting ⭐ Conduct client file reviews and maintain client due diligence records ⭐ Assist with business risk assessments and risk management activities ⭐ Monitor sanctions alerts and escalate potential matches where required ⭐ Support preparation of compliance reporting and governance documentation ⭐ Assist with policy updates, regulatory monitoring and compliance projects What you’ll need: ⭐ Experience in compliance, risk or a regulated financial services environment ⭐ Understanding of AML/CFT requirements and client due diligence processes ⭐ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ⭐ Good organisational and communication skills ⭐ Ability to work collaboratively across teams Why join: ⭐ Exposure to a broad range of compliance and risk activities ⭐ Professional development and certification support (e.g. ICA) ⭐ Opportunity to grow within a specialist investment management business
