Fund Accountant

Join a specialist team managing private equity and co-investment structures. Key responsibilities: ⭐ Prepare and review financial statements for general partners, carried interest, and co-investment vehicles ⭐ Support audits and liaise with external auditors to meet deadlines ⭐ Assist with carried interest, management fee waivers, and incentive calculations ⭐ Collaborate with corporate secretarial, compliance, and other internal teams ⭐ Develop, maintain, and improve operational processes and procedures ⭐ Act as a B signatory and contribute to team meetings What you’ll need: ⭐ Qualified accountant with 3+ years’ experience in limited partnership or private equity structures ⭐ Experience overseeing third-party administrators (TPAs) and reviewing NAVs, capital activity, and reporting packages ⭐ Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills ⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIF), Word, and PowerPoint ⭐ Ability to learn new systems quickly and work under pressure Why join: ⭐ Work in a high-performing, entrepreneurial team ⭐ Exposure to complex private equity structures and investor interactions ⭐ Opportunities to develop processes and contribute to team growth
