Responsibilities include liaising with financial institutions, overseeing trust and company formations, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. Applicants should have 4+ years’ relevant experience and be working towards or hold a professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
