Fund Administration Manager

We are partnering with a well-established, independent fiduciary and fund administration firm to recruit a Fund Administration Manager. This role will act as the client lead for a portfolio of venture capital funds, overseeing day-to-day administration, reviewing key deliverables, and ensuring high service standards. You will manage complex fund operations, liaise with clients and third parties, and lead on regulatory and statutory requirements. The position also involves coaching and developing a team, driving performance, and supporting ongoing process improvements. Candidates should hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CGI) with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership experience.
