Compliance Analyst / Senior Compliance Analyst

A professional services firm is seeking a Compliance Analyst or Senior Compliance Analyst to join its regulatory team. This role offers the opportunity to support and enhance compliance and risk frameworks within a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities: ⭐ Support and deliver compliance monitoring activities, including testing and follow-up actions ⭐ Assist with maintaining risk registers and internal compliance frameworks ⭐ Review regulatory updates and identify required actions ⭐ Contribute to the development and updating of policies and procedures ⭐ Provide compliance support across the business and respond to internal queries ⭐ Assist with reporting to senior management and governance committees ⭐ Conduct sanctions screening and maintain related records What you’ll need: ⭐ Experience within a compliance, risk or regulatory environment (typically 2+ years) ⭐ Understanding of regulatory frameworks within financial services ⭐ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ⭐ Excellent communication and organisational abilities ⭐ Relevant qualification (or working towards) such as ICA or similar ⭐ Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop Why join? ⭐ Exposure to a broad range of regulatory and risk activities ⭐ Supportive team ⭐ Varied role within a professional environment
