As Manager, Asset Services, you will lead a high-performing operational team, driving excellence in service delivery, risk management, and strategic execution. Leadership: Set a clear direction for your team, aligning operational goals with WME and RBC’s strategic objectives. Risk and Control: Embed a strong risk and control culture, ensuring team members understand and adhere to policy frameworks. Must-Have Proven Leadership Experience: Strong track record in managing and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, and addressing underperformance. Financial Services Expertise: Deep understanding of the financial sector and operational processes.
