Compliance Manager

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to support and enhance its regulatory framework. This is a senior role offering broad exposure across compliance, risk and governance activities. Key responsibilities: ⭐ Oversee and deliver the compliance monitoring programme ⭐ Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and compliance matters ⭐ Act as a key contact for regulatory interactions and reporting ⭐ Support risk assessments, audits and ongoing compliance reviews ⭐ Maintain and update policies, procedures and compliance registers ⭐ Provide advice on client due diligence and financial crime matters ⭐ Deliver compliance reporting to senior management and committees What you’ll need: ⭐ Strong experience within a compliance or risk function in financial services ⭐ In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial crime requirements ⭐ Experience in senior compliance roles (e.g. MLRO/MLCO/Compliance Officer) ⭐ Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills ⭐ High level of integrity and ability to manage complex issues ⭐ Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICA or similar) preferred Why join? ⭐ Senior role with broad responsibility across compliance and risk ⭐ Opportunity to influence and develop compliance frameworks ⭐ Exposure to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies ⭐ Supportive environment with ongoing professional development
