As a Private Client Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients under the supervision of the team manager. Your duties will include maintaining accurate electronic and hard copy client records and entity databases, preparing trustee and board minutes, carrying out bookkeeping and bank or asset reconciliations, and reviewing the performance of entity investments.
A minimum of two years’ experience in the offshore trust industry is essential, ideally with progress towards a STEP or ICSA Diploma. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
