As part of this role you will advise high-net-worth families, trust companies, and family offices on the establishment, management, and restructuring of offshore asset-holding structures, alongside broader estate and succession planning. The role spans multiple jurisdictions, supporting private wealth objectives, providing guidance on trusts, foundations, and related structures, and ensuring robust governance for families and trustees across generations.
Candidates should be qualified as a Solicitor or Barrister, preferably within a common law jurisdiction, with ideally at least 8 years’ PQE in a relevant practice, including some offshore exposure, and STEP qualification. A solid understanding of commercially focused matter management and financial performance is essential, as is a proactive approach and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
