Join Our Team: Data Support Specialist – Wealth Management Europe We’re looking for a Data Support Specialist to help drive data-driven initiatives and keep our operations running smoothly. If you’re passionate about solving problems, collaborating with teams, and making a real impact, this role is for you! This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at our Jersey office. What you will do? As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in supporting data-related projects and day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting data initiatives: Assist with CRM tasks, handle queries, and help with reporting and access requests. Working with 5Series data: Tackle data queries, create and enhance dashboards, and ensure data accuracy. Collaborating with stakeholders: Clearly define business needs for process changes and application improvements. Driving strategic goals: Help execute action plans, monitor progress, and ensure key objectives are met. Improving efficiency: Work with business and tech teams to advance data-driven projects and streamline processes. Enhancing user experiences: Support design, testing, and rollout of new functionality to ensure smooth user adoption. Keeping things organized: Document progress, track actions in JIRA, and communicate updates to the team. Managing risks: Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to keep projects on track and within budget. Providing daily support: Offer guidance and operational assistance to the Data Management teams. What you need to succeed? Must-Have Financial sector experience: You’ve worked on data solutions in a financial services environment. Project and management skills: You’re comfortable leading tasks and managing deliverables. Strong communication: You can influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proactive mindset: You’re self-driven, results-oriented, and ready to take initiative. Flexibility: You’re willing to put in extra hours when needed to meet deadlines. Nice-to-have Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
