Payments Officer

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading fund services firm for a Payments Officer to join their busy private equity operations team. Working closely with a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day fund payments running smoothly. You’ll be inputting payments and FX transactions across online banking platforms accurately and efficiently. The role also involves completing payment verification call-backs, resolving client queries, and making sure everything is processed correctly and on time. You’ll follow clear procedures, keep checklists up to date, and support a range of routine admin tasks. Great attention to detail and solid computer skills are essential, and while banking system knowledge is a bonus, full training and development will be provided.
