The role focuses on overseeing outsourced service providers, monitoring regulatory expectations, and ensuring robust SLA and contractual performance management to mitigate operational risk. It also supports local credit governance through judgemental credit assessments, contributing to strong control and informed decision-making. The successful candidate will build effective stakeholder relationships across the business while enhancing client and service outcomes. A strong focus on compliance, regulatory adherence, and operational governance is essential, alongside supporting continuous improvement and ad hoc projects. We are looking for someone with fiduciary or financial services experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, detail-focused mindset who enjoys solving complex operational challenges.
