In this dynamic role, you’ll take responsibility for everything from cash management and payments to maintaining records and reviewing investment portfolios. You’ll lead client relationships, acting as both a primary and back-up contact, attending meetings, and proactively identifying ways to strengthen partnerships.
You’ll also play a leadership role within the team—setting objectives, mentoring junior staff, providing on-the-job training, and ensuring timely task completion. Key responsibilities include billing, debtor management, maintaining up-to-date CDD records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Ideal candidates will have at least four years of relevant experience, be progressing toward a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP, and demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about trust administration and ready to take the next step in their career.
