We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager, Trust on behalf of a valued client to manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day administration including payments, cash management, maintenance of records, investment monitoring, billing, and debtor follow-up. You will act as a key contact for clients, build strong relationships, attend meetings, and ensure all follow-up actions are completed efficiently. The role also includes supervising junior team members, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and ensuring compliance requirements including CDD are maintained. Applicants should have 4–5 years’ relevant trust experience, strong offshore administration knowledge, and be working towards or hold a STEP or ICSA qualification.
