We are recruiting a Part-Time Learning & Development Assistant on behalf of a valued client supporting delivery of an effective L&D strategy across Guernsey and Jersey. The role provides essential L&D administration support, coordinates training activities, maintains accurate records, and assists with internal development programmes. You will liaise with colleagues, managers, trainers, and external providers to ensure learning initiatives are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive, customer-focused attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy environment. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a flexible and proactive approach to supporting team objectives.
