They are currently looking for a driven professional to join their Guernsey-based team, managing a diverse portfolio of Life and Disability clients. The Role As a Client Relationship Executive, your primary focus is to deliver exceptional service while demonstrating extensive technical knowledge of insurance products. You will act as a pivotal link between the business, its brokers, and multinational stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with clients and brokers through regular communication and high-quality service. • Sales Support & Onboarding: Manage quote requests, review application forms for completeness, and gather necessary AML documentation for new business. • Portfolio Oversight: Coordinate rate reviews with pricing teams and monitor business persistency to achieve a retention rate of at least 85%. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including Underwriting, Claims, and Operations to resolve queries and streamline the client journey. • Technical Excellence: Maintain full knowledge of product terms and conditions, ensuring all client documentation is accurate and up to date. The Ideal Candidate They are looking for a self-starter with a results-focused mindset and a high level of attention to detail. Your Profile: • Experience: Ideally 3-5 years within a client service role, preferably within the finance or insurance industry. • Qualifications: Relevant certifications at a certificate or diploma level (e.g., CII, Business Studies, or Customer Services). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn bespoke insurance systems. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Attributes: Strong time management skills and the initiative to contribute to process enhancements.
