Responsibilities include installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining unified communications products; producing clear proposals covering solutions, requirements, and resourcing; providing technical guidance to stakeholders; and supporting new product integration through collaboration with suppliers.
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold Mitel certifications and have proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Mitel enterprise solutions, with strong knowledge of voice architecture, numbering plans, SIP, and survivability models within Mitel environments. Experience working in the public sector or other regulated environments is desirable, along with an understanding of governance, security, and service assurance requirements.
