Support the administration of a portfolio of trust and company clients while developing core skills in fiduciary services within a structured team environment. Key responsibilities: ⭐ Assist with day-to-day trust and company administration tasks ⭐ Prepare bank payments, minutes, and resolutions ⭐ Input and maintain client data using internal systems ⭐ Support client onboarding and new business processes ⭐ Assist with statutory records and due diligence updates ⭐ Liaise with clients and attend meetings where required What you’ll need: ⭐ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ⭐ Good organisation and time management skills ⭐ Basic IT skills (especially Microsoft Office and data systems) ⭐ Willingness to learn and follow procedures ⭐ Strong communication and teamworking ability ⭐ Interest in trust and company administration (training provided) Why join: ⭐ Structured training and development in fiduciary services ⭐ Exposure to a wide range of client and trust work ⭐ Supportive team environment with career progression opportunities
