The Role The purpose of this position is to deliver top-tier client administration for a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures. As an Administrator, you will act as a pivotal point of contact, liaising closely with the internal trust team, intermediaries, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include: • Portfolio Management: Handling e-mail and telephone communications, transactional work, and payments for a wide range of asset types. • Client Relations: Maintaining and building robust relationships through quality service, ensuring all communications are responded to within 24 hours. • Documentation: Drafting minutes, resolutions, and source documents for presentation to the Client Committee. • New Business & On-boarding: Assisting senior management with the integration of new business and managing outgoing business efficiently. • Regulatory Compliance: Updating Client Profiles and Risk Assessments while ensuring all due diligence remains compliant and up to date. The Ideal Candidate Our client is looking for a proactive professional who demonstrates drive and a willingness to learn. To excel in this role, you should possess: • A minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative role within Fiduciary Services. • At least 5 GCSEs (including English and Mathematics at Grade C or above). • A solid understanding of fiduciary services and relevant regulatory requirements. • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work accurately with high attention to detail. • An openness to undertaking professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, or ACCA.
