This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, supporting the onboarding of new business, and preparing for and attending client meetings both in person and virtually. You’ll also ensure client due diligence is kept accurate and up to date.

The right person for this role will hold a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths at grade C or above, and have at least one year’s experience in an administrative role within fiduciary services. A flexible approach to work is essential, along with a willingness to undertake a relevant professional qualification such as STEP.
