Engagement and Communications – Senior Manager

Deliver employee engagement surveys, manage internal communications, and partner with HR and leadership teams on people initiatives. Create stakeholder management strategies, own intranet content, and support change and transformation efforts. Experience in global organisations, survey management, and data interpretation required.
