The Private Client Administrator will administer a portfolio of trusts and companies, preparing trustee and board minutes, issuing share certificates, managing statutory records, handling trust distributions, asset transactions and bookkeeping. They will assist with financial statements, billing and compliance reviews, ensuring due diligence requirements are met. The role requires strong communication skills, a minimum of 2 years' experience in the offshore trust industry, and studies or holding a STEP or ICSA Diploma.
