With the wind pretty much the same strength as on Monday, but the direction veering slightly to an ENE’ly, the overall feel of the day will be very similar. There still might be the odd light shower, briefly sweeping through, but the sunny spells should be just as plentiful as on Monday. The max temperature probably just scraping 9°C.

Surf and Tide

High water will be about 7.3m at 11:10am, then low water will be 3.1m at 5:30pm. Still no surf to get excited about, except perhaps some leftover slop at Pembroke (better for kite-surfers really).

Wednesday

Weather

With even more sunshine and the wind just light force 3 or moderate force 4, it's really going to feel like a much warmer day even though the thermometers probably won't make it into double figures.

Surf and Tide

Still flat as a lake, but it might be nice for kayaks and paddle boards, thanks to the gentler winds. Just a teeny little tidal range, with a 6.8m high at ten minutes past midday.

Thursday and Friday

Most likely a couple of totally dry days, as the high pressure centre will be closer to the Channel Islands. Otherwise it's a bit of give and take, with skies generally being cloudier than the first half of the week, but the wind being significantly lighter (force 2 N’ly or variable throughout). Temperatures should peak at 10-11°C on both days, so it should feel really pleasant and comfortable for your daily exercise.

The Weekend

As the high pressure system passes eastwards into Scandinavia, we will lock into a brisk SSE’ly airflow. That's going to steadily drag warm air up from Africa, over Spain and France and into the UK. Expect temperatures to be up to 14°C by Sunday afternoon, possibly even 15 if we get lucky with sunshine hours.
